For just $300 a year, young members receive:

    Terms:

    Members enjoy a 50% discount on treatments up to $1,200 per plan year, including orthodontic care. This discount can’t be combined with other offers.

    The membership fee of $300 is charged annually and auto-renews.

    There are no refunds or cancellations once the membership fee has been paid.
